  • The WaterGuard Floor Kit contains 10m² of Impey WaterGuard membrane, 500ml BAL primer, 20m jointing tape, 5xinternal corners, 1xexternal corner, and Butyl sealant. No curing time is required, you can tile directly after laying, reducing installation time. It is also only 1mm thick, with de-coupling properties of 10mm, and can withstand temperatures of 60°C, and comes with a Lifetime Guarantee.

    • The Impey WaterGuard range has the complete waterproof solution for walls and floors, including corners, and comes with a Lifetime Guarantee, saving you time and cost.
    • The Membrane is self-adhesive and is made from a clean material which is easy to handle and quick to apply.
    • No curing time is needed, you can tile directly after laying, reducing installation time dramatically.
    • Polypropylene fleece non-woven surface allows for an easy key for tile adhesive.
    • The membrane is clearly labelled with measured guidelines to make installation and tiling easier.
    • It can be used with epoxy and solvent based sealants.
    • It is highly elastic, resistant to ageing, and completely watertight.
    • It is only 1mm thick with the decoupling properties of 10mm, making it very economical as there is no need to buy an additional decoupler.
    • Maximum wall load bearing weight of 30kg/ms, so works well with heavy wall tiles.
    • It can withstand temperatures of up to 60°C.
