    • The Altecnic DirtCal steel dirt separator is a DN100 flanged unit for removing debris from heating and chilled-water circuits. An epoxy-coated steel body with a stainless-steel internal element slows the flow so particles can collect in the chamber and be discharged through the 1in blowdown valve. It uses PN16 flanges on horizontal pipework, works to 10 bar from 0°C to 110°C and separates particles down to 5µm.
