    • Altecnic - Series 309 Solar Temperature & Pressure Relief Valve (1/2" MBSP x 15mm, 7 Bar) is a high-quality component designed for use in modern heating, cooling and potable water systems. Altecnic series 309 temperature and pressure relief valves are used to control and limit the temperature and pressure of the hot water stored in domestic cylinders in solar heating systems. They prevent the temperature of the water from reaching 100˚C and the formation of steam. The 309 series of valves are certified, confirming compliance with the performance requirements of BS EN 1490 for settings between 7 and 10 bar.
