We had a gas leak so all gas was shut off. A Gill’s engineer came out quickly and fixed the leak. He was very polite and respectful and I felt the price was really reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them.

We had a small sink unit installed in our cloakroom and a new tap in our bathroom. Paul, our plumber, was first class. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Paul visited us yesterday and fixed a problem with our shower tap in an hour that another plumber had told us the tap was obsolete and it would cost £1000 to fix. Gills will be our “go to” plumbers if we need one in future. 5 Stars.

We recently had Gills in to remove and replace the shower unit. This led to some additional replacement pipework and new valves. Basically the job required more work than initially thought. However the plumber took it all in his stride. He did a great job was a nice clean and tidy worker. He went through everything with us. We now have a new functioning shower. Great job. Thank you.

Called Gills as national company delivering washing machine with a super grumpy delivery driver/installation engineer let me down on installing the new machine. Gills were brilliant, reassuring had someone out to me within a couple of hours who was just lovley, really friendly, great interpersonal skills, talked me through, checked & assured me that there was no actual issue with the plumbing, changed the water valve as it was really stiff & happy to show me what to do in case i needed to turn off the water. Highly recommend.

Paul the gas engineer was fantastic. Hardworking, knowledgeable, great at plumbing, brickwork, electrical, and boiler install. Kept the place clean. Very happy with everything he did. Gills (Will) were great to deal with as well. Not the cheapest, but quality staff are worth paying extra. Worcester Approved Installer, while others were not. “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.” Will use them again for my bathroom and kitchen projects.

12-24-2024 Call out @ 09:03 for a waste sink-dishwasher drain blocking... really not the day to encounter this issue...

The Immersion Tank of 20+ years sprang a leak at known failure point. Gills, we have used for a number of fixes and property refurbishment over the years, we're able to respond to my request to replace the Tank, update the controls and other items plus a full and thorough Service of the Worcester Boiler they installed 5 years ago. The Work was undertaken over 2 days due to setback, but completed to an excellent standard. Gills staff were accommodating of our requirements and provide excellent Customer Service.

My cold water tank in the loft had a leak. The plumber, Anthony, was friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job on his own on a Friday afternoon meaning that I had hot water and heating on what was a cold weekend. Anthony left everything clean and tidy. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I recently had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. I rang and spoke to Will and he organised a plumber to come round. Will kept me informed re timings, and the plumber arrived at the time promised. He was friendly and polite and explained the problem to me and how he was going to deal with it. Once finished, he tidied up and left the bathroom clean and tidy. I highly recommend Gill’s.

My parents have been using Gills for a number of years and in the last couple of years I have begun to use them too. I can’t tell you how reassuring it is to be in their capable, trustworthy hands when it comes to servicing and maintaining our boilers. Being able to call or email and get a quick response is what Gills do exceptionally well, their attention to detail and communication is essential to both parties. Update - So impressed with the work and price (below) we've just used them again to replace an electric shower in a guest room that died. No change in high quality of work detailed below and shower enclosure left cleaner than it was before!

Called out to deal with a slight leak from below an enclosed low level cistern. Due to some non standard original fittings and the confined space, the job rapidly became far less straightforward but due to some lateral thinking and excellent workmanship by Paul everything was sorted. Punctual, friendly, professional, efficient, tidy and reasonably priced - what more could you ask for! Gill's came by recommendation and I too would recommend them without any hesitation.
